Terms of Service
Last updated 14 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Badhat. By authorizing Badhat to send email from your Gmail account, you agree to them.
1. What Badhat does
Badhat sends IPO application emails to your administrator’s fixed delivery address, from your own Gmail account, using a permission you grant once through a private invitation link. That is the entire scope of the service.
2. What Badhat will never do
- Badhat never asks for, receives, or stores your UPI PIN, bank credentials, or card details.
- Badhat never holds your funds and never approves, initiates, or authorizes a payment or bank transaction. Every fund-block request is approved by you, in your own UPI app.
- Badhat never reads your email. The permission you grant is send-only.
- Badhat never sends email from your account to any address other than your administrator’s fixed delivery address.
3. Not investment advice
Badhat is a communication tool, not a broker, advisor, or intermediary. It does not recommend IPOs, does not evaluate whether an application is suitable for you, and does not participate in allotment. Decisions about which IPOs to apply for, and every payment approval, remain entirely yours.
4. Your authorization
- An invitation is issued to one email address and works only for that address.
- Your authorization expires automatically at most 90 days after you grant it, and may end sooner if Google ends it. Either way, sending stops until you authorize again.
- You may withdraw it at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by contacting your administrator or us. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and stops all further sending.
- You are responsible for keeping your invitation link private. Anyone holding it before it is used could authorize their own matching Google account against it.
5. Administrator responsibilities
Administrators may invite only investors who have agreed to be invited, must send campaign email only for IPOs those investors are genuinely applying for, and must not use Badhat to send bulk, unsolicited, or marketing email. Misuse of an investor’s Gmail authorization is grounds for immediate termination of the administrator’s access.
6. Availability and liability
Badhat is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Email delivery depends on Google and on your authorization remaining valid; Badhat does not guarantee that any particular message is delivered, or delivered in time for an IPO deadline. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Badhat is not liable for missed applications, missed allotments, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
7. Privacy
Our handling of your data, including Google user data, is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Questions: support@badhat.example
